    As a member of the SHISEIDO Camellia Club, you can collect points to redeem for Shiseido full-sized products or cash vouchers. Members also enjoy a special birthday benefit, exclusive gifts and services, and opportunities to join exclusive Shiseido events.

  • What birthday treats do I get to enjoy?

    Camellia, Grand Camellia & Legendary members are entitled for birthday bonus points according to your tier on your first purchase in the birthday month, Birthday gift & 1x Flash make over (by appointment only) in your birthday month

    - Grand Camellia members - x1.5 birthday bonus point
    - Legendary members - x2 points

    All Birthday Points cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions, such as Camellia Member's Day.

    You will receive priority updates, but prior registration is still required due to limitation of space for events and workshops.

    To upgrade to the next status, continue enjoying your membership benefits while shopping and meeting the required criteria for the next tier within a 12-month period.

  • How do I retain my membership status?

    Spend the minimum membership tier amount at any Shisedo Boutiques or counters over a consecutive 12-month period to maintain your membership tier qualification.

  • How can I earn points?

    You can earn 1 point for every ringgit spent at any Shiseido boutiques or counter.

  • What can I do with my points?

    Camellia points can be redeem for cash vouchers or selected Shiseido full-size product.

  • How do I check my points balance?

    You can check your points balance by logging into your account at the Shiseido member portal : https://member.shiseido.com.my/login.

  • When will my points expire?

    All points earned within a particular year are valid until 31 December of the same year.

    Product redemption and collection can be done any day at any outlet, subject to stock availability.

  • Am I able to return my rewards or exchange it for another reward once I have collected it?

    Product rewards that have been redeemed and collected cannot be returned or exchanged, unless the product requires a replacement due to specific reasons.
